Carrie Henderson

Graduating from Appalachian State University in 2017 with a degree in Communication Studies, she has honed her skills in the field through various roles, starting as a Program Assistant with Conference and Event Services at App State becoming a Senior Event Manager. 

Her journey led her to the Chamber in 2022, where she continues to make meaningful connections and support the community through her work and eventuall As the Vice President of Events and Chief of Staff for the Boone Area Chamber of Commerce. 

Carrie is a dedicated professional with a passion for bringing joy to others through event planning. In her free time, Carrie enjoys reading, playing tennis, and spending quality time with her husband Brent, and their dog Sable.
