Jackie Dyer

Born in Watauga County and attended elementary school here before her Dad’s job took the family to Southern Pines. In Jackie's early 20s I was eager to get back, so I moved next door to my grandparents to attend Appalachian State University and graduated with a degree in Computer Science and another in Recreation Management. While in college, I met my husband Rob and we married in 2001. We raised our two girls here and are grateful to be able to do it here, with the help of this amazing community we live in.

I have always had a heart for causes that support women and especially love those that focus on building confidence and knowledge in younger generations. One of the things that makes me happiest - whether it's sharing my knowledge of the high country or in my work - is being able to help others. When I'm not working as a real estate agent, I enjoy running outside, completing projects around my house and spending time with my family.
